Handiuhandmadeeu provides interior styling consultation services, design recommendations, and educational content. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding consultation services and any associated fees.
Our interior styling consultation services are provided on a project basis. Once a consultation session has been completed or design recommendations have been delivered, the service is considered rendered and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
We are committed to your satisfaction with our interior styling services. If you are not satisfied with our consultation or design recommendations, please contact us within seven days of service delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer additional consultation time or revisions to our recommendations at no extra charge.
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund of any deposits or fees paid. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule a consultation appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. We will work with you to find a new time that accommodates your needs.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Any digital materials, design boards, or recommendations provided as part of our services are for your personal use only and cannot be returned once delivered. We retain the right to reuse general design concepts, but specific customizations created for your project remain unique to you.
